Finished a Picture Book Dummy

Yeay..I finished the picture book dummy I had nearly finished awhile back. The motivation that got me going on it was the W.I.N. Smartwriter's contest. The deadline for submissions is March 15th. The contest is a wonderful opportunity for writers and illustrators to have the manuscripts and illustrations seen and read by editors and art directors.
