New Christian Illustrator's online group
There's a new online yahoo group for Christian Illustrators for Kids. I'm very excited about it. (it's a women's group) It promises to be uplifting, inspiring and full of good art and info.

I am a literary agent that needs to find someone who can guide my artist through the maze of work for hire. How do they protect themselves and their art. She already has her work copyrighted. Just wants to hear from someone who has been down this road. Harvest House is looking at something for consideration. We are excited yet are not sure what to expect.

The best thing for her to do is to join the Society for Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. There are many knowledgeable children's illustrators who would know how to guide her. She should also buy a copy of the CWIM (CHildren's Writers and Illustrator's Market for 2008)
